Foxtail Coffee Co. Girls Trip

Published on 30 January 2025 at 14:26

So yesterday my mom and her friend and I were out running some errands and having some girl time away from the horde of testosterone back at our buses, and a girls day tradition of ours is to find a cute, local coffee shop in the area and try it out.
And so, as we were looking, we found this one: Foxtail Coffee Co. It's actually kind of funny (or full circle, whatever you want to call it), because this particular coffee shop is a chain mainly in Florida, (but they also have a few locations in the lower east coast), and it was one of the first coffee shops we went to on the road and the one that started our girls day tradition.

Also, I would like to preface this by saying that I don't drink coffee regularly, maybe only a sip here and there, and I am by no means a coffee connoisseur, so if you are a hard-core coffee lover you may want to tale this with a grain of salt.

I got a Regular size latte with almond milk and vanilla syrup, and when I tell you that this latte was probably the best tasting coffee to ever hit my taste buds, I am not lying. It was so smooth and was perfectly sweet - once I stirred the syrup in, lol. I would rate it a solid 4/5 stars, mainly just because I almost always get my drinks as a Frappuccino. because I like chewing my drinks (weird, I know), and they didn't have the machine to make Frappuccino's, but other than that it was perfect.

They also had two gluten free options for baked goods: brownies and oatmeal cream pies.  And I do love a good brownie, but I also adore an oatmeal crem pie, so I went with the latter. This one, I would rate an 3-3.2/5 stars. It had a little baking soda-y taste at the end and the cookie was a little soft for the cream pie, but it was good.

(Also, I did forget to take pictures of the inside of the shop - my bad - but it was so cute and stylish.)

I would definitely go here again, and also probably try to live off this coffee.

Thank you guys so much for reading!

XO,
Jasmine
